1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Refunds cannot be issued against this voucher. 

A boat hire agreement will need to be signed by a leading person before boarding. Life jackets are available. Minimum age to ride solo is 16. A £10 cash deposit is required at the time of signing the hire agreement before boarding boats.

Brunch includes any non alcoholic drink from the main menu + any standard item from the brunch / Lunch menu. Promotions cannot be used with this gift card.  

Additions such as syrups, side dishes and special kitchen prep items may be charged in addition at the managers discretion.
