Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Valid for 2 years from the purchase date. Cash vouchers cannot be extended and should be spent within this 24 months period. 

This voucher can be used to pay for any of our regular services, this includes food and beverage, boat hire & event ticket sales. 

Refunds cannot be issued to the holder in cash or otherwise. 

Partial refunds on values unspent will not be refunded, any value left on the vouchers at the time of expiry will be lost. 

This voucher can only be validated at The Longholme Cafe and excludes purchases made at The Kiosk in russell park.
